We are a service-area business. We have no staffed office you can visit, and we do not own pumping trucks or employ crews. We take enquiries and pass them to an independent septic provider who covers your area.
These terms cover your use of this website and any estimate we give you. They do not replace any agreement you make with the provider who carries out the work.
A free estimate is a starting figure based on what you describe to us. The final price can differ once the tank is open and its condition is visible.
The usual reasons for a difference are the size of the tank, how far down the lid sits, whether it has to be dug out, and how close the truck can park. If the price is going to move, ask the provider to explain why before work starts.
An independent provider performs the work. Your agreement for that work, including the price, the schedule, and the standard of the finished job, is between you and that provider.
We are not a party to that agreement.
Give us accurate details about the property and the problem. Tell us whether you are the owner, a tenant, or acting for someone else. If you are not the owner, make sure you have permission to arrange the work.
The provider needs to reach the tank. Move vehicles, open gates, and keep pets and children clear while the truck is on site. If the tank lid is buried, expect the visit to take longer.
Nothing on this website is a promise that a pump-out will fix a particular problem. Pumping empties the tank. It does not repair a failed drainfield, a broken baffle, or a cracked tank.
Cost figures shown on this site are general ranges rather than a quote for your property.
To the extent Florida law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that arise from your use of this site or from work carried out by a provider.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
